Genuine Happiness

It’s good to be competitive and look up to highly successful people as inspiration. But at the same time it is unhealthy to the mind and body to stay stubborn and tell yourself that you won’t be happy unless and until you reach that goal.

If you aren’t happy and content on your journey to success, you will look back and regret not living in the moment and cracking up that sunshine smile once in a while.

It’s almost rare when someone genuinely smiles, laughs, has a good time and looks around and thinks gratefully, “Damn! I’m lucky”.

There are more cribbing people than thankful ones.

When I heard about selfies, I thought, “Great! Now we’ll have a reason to scream ‘Say Cheese’ even more.”

Then the pout came along and ‘Prune’ took over ‘Say Cheese’. Great.

That’s okay, I guess, because as long as you have food to eat, a bed to sleep in and a loved one for comfort, then I definitely think you should smile.

And if you don’t have one of these necessities, then all you have to do is know that there are always good things coming your way.

Now, go out there and conquer your life with that beautiful smile 🙂
